Today we did a lot of fun things in Vermont. I recommend trying these things if you come to Vermont. Read on to see what we did.
First we went to Marni mom's house and rode her horse, Bear, down the road her house is on. We rode bare-back on bear's back and it was very fun.Izzy rode first to the end of the road and I rode it back. At first it's kinda bumpy but after 2 minutes you get used to it and it's SUPER fun. You can also see things differently because your way higher than normal. One thing I learned was when you're going up a hill you lean back and you lean forward when going down a hill.
Next after Marni's mom's house we went to a reservoir named the Waterbury Reservoir. Marni's family came with their boat and we got to go out on the reservoir. They also brought their tube and they attached it to the back of the boat and we got to ride in the tube. Derrick, the driver took us really fast and it was SOOO fun. Try it if you can. Then we went to rocks and jumped off of them. I didn't do the 15 foot jump but I did the 5 foot jump which was really fun. We also had food on the boat and we ate all of it. After tubing my dad tried out water skiing and he did really good. We also swam a little bit.
In conclusion, this day was very fun and you should try going on a boat with a tube in the back. Hopefully we can do it again soon!
