Today we went to the Library of Congress. An alarm was going off earlier but we went a little while after. We got in through the tunnel from the Capitol to the Library. We walked around and saw Thomas Jefferson's library. He read a LOT!!!!! We also got bookmarks that have Jefferson's quote that states "I can not live without books." We got to see the reading room in a room of glass to keep out the sound. 

We watched National Treasure 2: Book of Secrets which shows this area when they are in the Library of Congress. Ben, Riley, and Abigail are looking for the President's book, which holds lots of secrets like a clue that leads to the treasure. They aren't supposed to be seen in the special area that the book is in and it has a lock.
