The Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium--Izzy
7-3-17We went to the Shedd Aquarium and saw lots of fish and other weird looking animals. My favorites were all of the sharks! They were awesome and swam right next to you! You could even see their bellies when they swim above you. That is probably the closest I will ever get to a shark, because if I was swimming next to one of those I would be so scared I would scream! They look very vicious and mean. Wouldn't you be scared if you were swimming and a shark came at you? I would!!! There were many different types of sharks and also some stingrays.
We also went to the Adler Planetarium. We saw a show that showed you the universe and where the satellites were. There was a whole area on telescopes and sundials. They looked very old. We also took a picture in the photo booth!

ReplyDeleteWe did NOT get to visit the Adler last summer, and I hope we'll have a chance to go back to Chicago and see it! I love the photo booth pic. :)
